Nathan Fillion Firefly Screencaps — Part II
Tonight’s screencaps are from the Firefly episode Heart of Gold. The crew goes to an outer planet to help protect Nandi (Melinda Clarke), an old friend of Inara’s (Morena Baccarin). Nandi runs a brothel in a lawless town where she and her girls are threatened by the man in power–the guy with the most money and guns, basically. It’s a typical Firefly episode in that it includes humor, beauty, action, verbal sparring…and heartbreak thrown in for good measure.
Here we have Mal (Nathan Fillion) listening to Inara’s proposal. (And looking pretty while doing it.)
Down on the planet, Mal takes in the facts from Nandi.
Inara and Mal exchange looks. (I had to get Inara in there, because Morena Baccarin is just exquisitely beautiful, and it’s too difficult to resist screencapping her!)
Mal and Inara dress up for a local event, to scope out the bad guy.
Back at the brothel, Mal gives a sly smile when his plan is misunderstood.
Mal and Nandi are equally stubborn. (You may recognize the gorgeous Melinda Clarke as Lady Heather from CSI, or Dr. Lee from Eli Stone.)
Turns out stubborness is attractive…
